Potter's House Apothecary Return Policy

Prescription medications cannot be returned to the pharmacy under any circumstance after dispensing.

Can I return over-the-counter (OTC) products/supplements I purchased over the phone or in store?

Yes. You can return a product purchased by calling us at 1-855-PHARXAZ (742-7929).

The pharmacy is open Monday-Friday 8am to 6pm.

Customers may return any unopened OTC merchandise within 14 days of the purchase with the original receipt. A refund less the shipping fee will be issued in the original form of payment.

For OTC Orders Shipped:

For OTC purchases shipped to your home, send your unopened merchandise and original receipt back to us within 14 days for a refund less the shipping fee. You must carefully package the product; you are responsible for damage during shipment and the cost of return shipping.

Items arrived damaged or defective?

We make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. If you have received a damaged item, please call us at 1-855-PHARXAZ (742-7929).
