The Lab Technician is responsible for compounding in all non-sterile dosage forms while following all SOPs, ensuring our compounded medications meet the highest standards for safety, quality, and efficacy. Non-sterile dosage forms include creams/gels, capsules, suspensions, troches, suppositories, and more.
Successful candidates are comfortable balancing multiple priorities, communicating clearly with patients and healthcare partners, and moving seamlessly between technical tasks and patient‑facing interactions while delivering outstanding customer service.
The Patient Care Team Manager is a hands‑on leader responsible for driving operational excellence, patient satisfaction, and team performance across front‑end pharmacy operations. This role oversees the Patient Care Technician team—including certified technicians, coordinators, and clerks—ensuring prescriptions are processed accurately, efficiently, and with compassion. Patient care is always the top priority. The ideal candidate brings pharmacy leadership experience, a strong service mindset, and a passion for developing and retaining high‑performing teams while consistently delivering on sales and service goals.
Working closely with executive leadership, the PCT Manager optimizes workflow, manages scheduling and priorities, and ensures compliance with all regulatory, USP, and State Board standards. This role leads team training, performance evaluations, and coaching while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The PCT Manager also monitors key performance indicators, resolves patient and provider concerns, supports front‑end inventory and security, and collaborates across departments to enhance patient experience, operational efficiency, and long‑term growth.
The Lab Support Technician assists Lab Operations and Compounding Technicians by cleaning equipment, restocking chemicals and supplies, laundering uniforms, and weekly deep cleaning.
The Patient Care Coordinator is the welcoming first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in creating a smooth, positive pharmacy experience. This role ensures prescriptions are complete and ready for processing while coordinating patient communication related to coverage, costs, shipping, and next steps. Patient Care Coordinators manage front‑desk and patient‑facing operations, including greeting visitors, handling phone, and text inquiries, notifying patients when prescriptions are ready, processing payments for prescriptions and OTC items, and supporting daily shipping activities.
