The Fill Technician audits and totes all prescriptions, including stock on hand and those going into the lab to be made. This position requires an ability to regularly assess workload, balance multiple priorities, and ensure prescriptions are moving into the lab quickly so turnaround times are met. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, has a laser focus on verifying the smallest of details, and is not easily distracted. Additional duties include supporting Customer Care, managing the return to stock process, and answering incoming phone calls.

The Lab Technician is responsible for compounding in all non-sterile dosage forms while following all SOPs, ensuring our compounded medications meet the highest standards for safety, quality, and efficacy. Non-sterile dosage forms include creams/gels, capsules, suspensions, troches, suppositories, and more.

The Patient Care Technician is responsible for formulation selection, pricing, accurate typing skills, prior authorizations, and a strong knowledge of insurance claims processing for proper claim adjudication and communicating coverage to patients. This position requires solid math skills, a strong attention to detail and procedure, and excellent customer service skills.

The Customer Care Associate must possess excellent customer service skills including the ability to balance multiple tasks while being attentive to the needs of others. This position is relied upon to communicate clearly, tactfully, and effectively using all mediums of communication including phone, text, in person, email, and instant message. In addition to greeting customers, ringing up products, and maintaining the front lobby, this position also manages all activity in the shipping room including receiving packages and mailing out prescriptions.

The Prescription Intake Coordinator ensures incoming prescriptions are pulled from the fax and E-script queues in a timely manner and distributed appropriately. Additional duties include supporting Customer Care, managing the return to stock process, and answering incoming phone calls. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, not easily distracted, shows strong attention to detail, and has excellent customer service skills.

The Lab Support Technician assists Lab Operations and Compounding Technicians by cleaning equipment, restocking chemicals and supplies, laundering uniforms, and weekly deep cleaning.
